Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK tracked delivery then takes a further 1–2 working days, so most orders arrive within 2–4 working days of ordering. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Yes. Free UK tracked delivery on all orders of £60 and over, including the 3 for £60 bundle. Orders under £60 are charged £3.99.

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK. We're working on expanding NOAIRE V to more countries in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

Absolutely. Every NOAIRE V fragrance complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulations and undergoes the required safety assessments before being made available for sale.

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging.

To arrange a return, simply email hello@noairev.com with your order number and reason for returning your item. We'll provide full return instructions. Unless the product is faulty, return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

We're sorry if your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition. Please email hello@noairev.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In most cases, there is no need to return the damaged item.

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a further 2–3 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If your fragrance is unopened and meets our returns policy, you're welcome to return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred fragrance.

No. You can complete your purchase as a guest. Creating a NOAIRE V account simply makes it easier to view previous orders, save your details for faster checkout and manage future purchases.
